Is it worth it to play bioshock again and do the opposite of what you did the first time?(harvest or save) I'd prefer to only get responses from people who actually enjoyed the game the first time, but if you did hate it, constructive criticism is always appreciated.

I've played though it several times. More for the fun of playing than just the 2 endings. The first few times through I forgot to try many things like photographing Sander Cohen, or Atlas.

I loved it my 1st playthrough. The ending's are a good bit different (best ending vs. worst ending)

However I'll say I think the funner part would be picking a new plasmid to be your new "go to" plasmid. Like always using the Wasp one, or the sonic-boom one that throws guys back.

It's too easy/repetetive to always use electricly, fire, or freezing. Those are like the easiest. More of a challenge/fun to use others all the time :)

Definently worth playing again. I agree with slayerfaith's idea.

i played good ending... but if you think about it, its known that it is easier being the good guy. Cuz the presents contain more Adam and plasmids than if you got all the stuff from killing the girls. But in-game there are other changes too, like im curious as to wat happens at the part where ur in the room with all the girls. I doubt that'll happen if you killed them instead of saved them. Maybe i Will play it again, it was pretty **** good.

I got bioshock free with my laptop a year ago, and never played it more than 15mins. Then i dusted it off 3 days ago and really got into it, haven't beat it yet, but i'm loving it. Some parts are pretty **** freaky lol. Also i hooked it up to an xbox 360 controller, and cant believe how flawlessly it works with it, they even streamlined the menus for it.

It is definelty worth a replay. I replayed right after I beat it the first time. Its been almost a whole year since I played so I think it may be time for me to get it back out and play through. I want to do something hard like never dieing on hard but then I'll get stuck and it will ruin the game for me.

I played it through once as the good guy.. really fun game. But I tried playing it through again as a bad guy.. and I just could not finish it for the life of me. I tried being relatively comprehensive collecting stuff my first time through so there really wasn't anything left for me my second run through.

Did you collect all the diaries and develop a decent understanding for the game's storyline? If so, I don't know if I would recommend playing it again. The differences of playing good and bad are so minor (hell just look at the ending sequences on youtube.. it's just a difference of 30 seconds); so if you did a good job playing through the first time there is no real reason to play it again, unless you really really enjoyed it the first time through.

I loved it the first time through.. the graphics, the gameplay, the story.. but there's really only so much to a game.

I've tried to go back and beat it again as well. I find that the game is alot more fun on easy. On hard the game limits your usage of the plasmids. On easy you can just mess around with them, use mabe 10 electro shocks before injecting more eve hypo, on hard you can only use 2 shocks, and most of the plasmids can only be used once before needing another injection. I find this really limits your creativity, so playing on hard isn't just hard, it's more repetitive and less fun.

The entire game is very linear, forced, and as such, will not be anywhere close to as fun the first time around. It's fun, yes I really enjoyed this game, but there's nothing that will drive you to complete it again the next go around.

the end is the only thing that is different, and the ADAM gain through harvesting isn't worth it.

its really worth it on harder difficulties. what is said is true.. you will NEED to do harvest if you want to complete the game on such difficulty.

First off, I loved Bioshock, but its difficulty seemed to plateau (I did hard with no vita-chambers) after a certain point. The first 5 hours are definitely the hardest IMO and after that you have so many tools to work with that the difficulty ramps down.
