GT 650M DDR3 base clocks; core 950MHz/mem 900MHz (overclocked core 1085MHz/mem 1100MHz). Latest driver.
Never had issues overclocking since I first got laptop in the summer of last year. Except now, in the past few weeks - actually coincided with the Tomb Raider release. That was the first game I saw it in. I thought it was just a bug in that game. But now I see it in Bioshock Infinite too. Black artifacts, like big black triangles flash frequently oncreen. Temps are same as always, not too high always safe levels. Games like SimCity don't have this, nor does Crysis 3 or Far Cry 3 or Borderlands 2.
Is this a driver issue? I don't know what to do, I need the added performance boost of overclocking. Very odd issue

Tessellation is disabled in Tomb Raider and BioShock Infinite doesn't even have the feature. Hmmm...

I would revert your memory clock back to stock to begin with, and if it goes away, then at least you can begin increasing it back gradually until it starts again. I can't imagine most 1.0 ns GDDR3 VRAM sustaining 1.1 GHz for prolonged periods of time.
Black artifacts flickering on-screen with overclock
