I saw it mentioned at AnAndTech a few days back and I was just wondering if anyone here had purchased one and could tell me more about it. My little brother's account was hacked this Saturday and its been a pain to get all his gear and gold back so I'm considering purchasing it but I'm not entirely sure how it works and I'm afraid he might lose it (hes only 13), plus its sold out right now and I can't order one.

If this doesn't belong in the games section move it, but its for WOW so I think it fits here.

basically what it does is it makes your password change every 30 seconds or so to a new set of numbers to that if someone is hacking your account, the password will change on them while in the process. when your brother wants to log on he would just type in the sequence of numbers currently displayed on the thing and log in. the sequence would be different every time he played but it would always be on that thing.

Looks like other people have considered these things.
But they are already sold out, so they must be very popular! -
I was wondering how it worked exactly... I thought it was in addition to the password, but I guess it makes sense the other way.
For 6.50 it might be something decent, though I'm hoping they might include it with the WOTLK collectors edition which I will be getting anyway. -
lol, put it on your keychain and you can show the world your dedication to WoW.

It's just a key-fob...random key generator like I use for my company network access using VPN. Pretty cool that game sights are using them.
