Hey Guys thanks for all the help. AFter much careful consideration I decided to get a dell. Here are the specs:

    1.73 ghz pentium M processor
80 gig hardrive (not sure if it's 7200 or 5400 but i would lean towards 5400)
    1 gig of ram
    256 Nvidia geforce 6800 go

The above system was only $1576 after everything was said and done, and with a 300 dollar mail in rebate the system will come to $1276. Not bad. I wuss out on getting software but I will get some software via other means *cough* (Kazza)> Thanks again for all your help.

Did you use the dell coupons on here? I know that yesterday there was a $750 off of 1499+ purchase.
