Bulletstorm GFWL update problem

Hello

I'm having trouble with bulletstorm and updating it.

The problem is, when i install the game and launch and sign into my live profile, it asks me to update the game which i do, i then close it to update the game outside of it, it starts to update, then i get an error saying "Unable to install update until games for windows live has unlocked the game"

Then it says "Failed installing title update, see log at blah blah program files"

I've googled this and people have said do this:

Step 1:

Log into windows live

Step 2:

Accept to download the title update

Step 3:

Exit the game Bulletstorm

Step 4:

Title Update will fail

Step 5:

Open a console window

Step 6:

Navigate to %localappdata%\microsoft\xlive\Updates\45410935

Step 7:

Run "setup.exe /f" bulletstorm directory

Doing this does infact let it install, BUT, it then tries to launch the game with an error, so i launch it manually and it takes me through the update process again there fore stuck in a loop, i REALLY want to play this online, anyone got any ideas?

Oh btw, i've just re-installed Windows 7, so it's not drivers etc or GFWL client etc because this was the first thing i've installed, bar graphics and drivers etc.
