Hi,

I want to buy SC2 (digital copy) but there is a huge difference in price between the North American version and European Version. Right now I'm in Turkey the Euro version cost 60euros which is roughly 120 turkish liras..the NA version is $60 which is roughly 75 turkish liras..so as you can see there is a huge difference in price..

My question is can I buy the NA version then change my region back to europe so that i dont lag when playing online? or is it a case of me only being able to play on NA servers if I buy the NA version..not sure how multiplayer works on SC but if its anything like the servers screen in steam can you guys check if any euro servers(?) come up?

You can only play on the copy's region. NA will only work with NA. The only exception is the South East Asia version which allows you to play both asia and NA servers but it's like that due to the special circumstances in asia (LAN cafes/centers are extremely popular there).
