I'm thinking about buying it off Amazon's "new and used" part of their site. The prices on there are really good, last I checked they are $27 with shipping.
I have one concern though, is it a good idea with their vicious DRM on it? I haven't been able to find any good, updated info about it on the web so I'm curious how things are going.
I also have no problems trying to bypass it also; I usually crack all my legit games anyways.

I would just skip bioshock. Tried CoD4? that game is worth your money before bioshock. Personally I would get the steam version having the choice.

The installations would probably be used up.

Why not get both?
It's true, COD4 is a better game overall (especially the multiplayer), but Bioshock should not be missed. They are two of the best games that have come out recently.
Masterchef, your username reminds me of the hilarious COD4 challenge where you have to cook off grenades.
Tailic, Bioshock does have a pretty vicious DRM system, which is why I bought it off Steam. I think it only allows 5 installations, so make sure to ask about that. But if they're selling it on Amazon, at least 1 installation should remain otherwise you can just ask for your money back. -
Buying used Bioshock - a Good Idea?
