This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    I've got some good news. Ubisoft's DRM is finally gone from AC2 and Splinter Cell Conviction after the new patch. I was reading up somewhere and got this great news. However , you still need an internet connection to log in but that's ok to be frank.. not as bad as needing a constant connection!

    Can someone update to the newest patch and confirm this? Some source links below.
