    hey everyone,
I was wondering if anyone had any insight on why I would be receiving this error message while playing COD4. I started getting kicked from games yesterday by punkbuster, so I thought I needed an update. I ran the punkbuster updater, but am still getting kicked from games today.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. If there is any information about my computer you need please let me know and I will get that for you right away.

    Thanks for your time!
    cheers,
    -Aly

thanks for the quick reply! No I do not hack, never have, never will. I guess I can't really prove that, but I play these games for fun and relaxation after a long shift at work or on my days off, and hate the people who try to ruin that for me and others. Plus, I wouldn't even know where to get a hack, let alone install it!

If I do uninstall/reinstall the game, I can back up my player profile, right? How do I do that?

Yes I had the same problem and when I closed FRAPS all ok, Pbuster seems to hate FRAPS because (in BF 2142 PB had a problem with FRAPS)
