much to my surprise and delight, i could actually play the game on my lappy (see sig). Of course all settings were either Low or Off (damn, i love eye candy) at native res of 1366x768, but the game itself was very much playable. Just for people who want to try this on a GMA, heres what to do:

after installation, defrag with a fast defragmenter (auslogics)
Right click the game executable, and go to the Compatibility tab. check all except for the last one.
use high performance (power options) and disable power savings (gma control panel)
    Start menu>accessories>Run type "rundll32.exe advapi32.dll,ProcessIdleTasks"

This one won't help for gaming, possibly reduce Windows start-up speed.
