Okay so I tried out the beta on my HP DV7 1135nr with AMD Turion 2.0GHz and a HD 3200. Not so great FPS's, so I'm wondering how can i make it run smoother? I have no AA, Shadows on, 1280x720, and everything else low.

I hate to be a party pooper, but this is not really going to work. I play on an 8400m GS and the game is barely playable. I get 30ish FPS (not workable for MP FPS games) on lowest settings and res. The full release may be better, but the multiplayer beta ran horribly.

off topic: 1 thing i never understood is why Dell never put a 8400 GT in the m1330 XPS which is supposed to be a gaming series,

It'll run fine at a res such as 640x400 or maybe 800x600 with all low/medium settings.

Tested, and it runs "playable" on 1280x720, no shadows, all low-normal

the hd 3200 is a bit faster then the 8400m GS, just turn shadows and shaders....actually everything to lowest and it will work.

XPS isn't a gaming series, it's just a high-performance line of notebooks, in which case the m1330 fits the bill considering it's a 13.3" thin and light notebook. The 8400M GT would increase heat and reduce battery life, although I actually would've liked to see that card in it since I'm a speed junkie.

On topic: My friend's dv9700t with 8600m GS stuttered at 1280x720 with everything low and textures on high, so I'm not surprised that an HD 3200 is lagging at similar settings. I'd suggest reducing resolution to 1024x600 with everything low and textures on normal.

the hd 3200 is a really powerful IGP, not really slower than a 8400m gs. try lower the res to 1024x768 and everything on low. 35fps avg should result
