As the title reads, my core doesnt reach 600 as its suppose to...its only at like 180... No ingame changes or whatever...however my shaders still stands at 1296.
Is this normal?
Also, i noticed my 3Dmark06 got reduced by like 30 marks ( same drivers and everything). Do downloading software such as BitComet affect it? I was using BitComet while running 3Dmark recently.
My temperature also went down by like 5C while gaming...for some reason

Make sure in Vista high performance power setting is active. Not balanced or power saver.
Your temps don't seem bad.
Yeah, make sure the power settings are on high performance. Only 30 3DMarks less and 5 degrees cooler? Maybe you should just leave it be, that is a decent compromise. -
Yeah its on High Performance...although my shader seems fine. is my core suppose to be like that?

Did you record it at 600 MHz at some point prior, or is that what it is rated for on Nvidia's website?
Also, considering you didn't see a very significant drop in performance, It is possible Riva is just reading your clocks wrong. It almost always gets mine wrong, but I'm using a Macbook Pro. -
I guess it is reading it wrong. However...something weird occured. Once i oppend a game, the clock which was at 180'ish...dropped to 100 and stayed constant to 100 throughout. Although i am getting a performance boost going from 450 to 600. Im totally confused. Maybe im suppose to be getting more?
CORE GPU underclocked?
