    I have used it many times, and it has not done any harm, create a system restore point before installing it if you are worried.

    Iobit are very reputable, GameBooster, sometimes even 2-3 extra fps can make a difference between playable and unplayable, it can also help with stuttering, as it disables a lot of background processes.
