I have FSX standard edition. Will a powerful laptop CPU like a T9400 or a T9600 make a significant difference in the frame rates as compared to my P7350?

I have i 2.2ghz T7500 and well I think that GPU will make more difference than the CPU as there was a noticeable improvement of my framerate when I upgraded my GPU ^^

But since FSX is very CPU intensive...doesn't a faster C2D mobile make any difference to the game's performance?
