    The game won't actually be released until August 21st. I would assume that you would have access to the beta until the game is actually released, at that point you would have to buy it.

    No, I think you only get beta access from the 14th to the 21st if you pre-order.

    I already have the beta, but thats what I've read.

    There is a HUGE update coming out by the 14th. The game hasn't been updated for a couple of months and so this big update will basically reflect the final product.

    Its a great game, and has come a long way from earlier days. And especially for its price, I'd recommend any one to get it... hopefully the competitive CS scene can be revived somewhat and Halo and Cod be put back where they belong... in oblivion :cool:

    Yes.

    Sound update.
    New sprites.
    Weapon balance.
    Better multi-player adaptation.
    Several new commands.

    And Valve had a rumor or a new Source Engine coming with their HL3 game....... please BE IT :D
