    Does anyone know if either of these or both will run on a GMA 950.

    I suppose it will go ok on low settings.GMA 950 is not game-friendly...

    Intel's website have a compatiability list you can check. Sometimes it is not accurate, but most times, it's fairly truthful.

    AOE III:

    No mention of Caesar so I guess you'll just have to either try that one, or find somebody who has tried it out.
