It should work, but you'll have to play at very low settings. What kind of card is it?

GeForce FX Go5200 (64mb)

What I recommend doing is setting the Render mode to DirectX 7 - that will allow you to play at decent settings.

hmm..I have a mac powerbook G4 with this card..i dont know how to set it to DirectX 7. Could you guide me how to do so?
I read that for macs, OpenGL works as well instead of DirectX..Im totally a newb in this field and I have NO CLUE what this means. I read something about compiling OpenGL under OS X. What does this do? Does it make the graphic card run better? Does it only affect graphics in games or overall purformance of the graphic? It will be greatly appriciated if someone could explain it to me keeping in mind that im a big newb. Thanks alot.

Graphics Options - there should be a rendering mode, it's set to Auto by default. Change it to DirectX 7.
DX7 doesn't have any shaders, so the video card has an easier time with the game. Much less complex. You lose some special effects but it still looks good.
Not sure about OS X. . . can't help you there. -
OSX generally runs games slower than windows. in regards to opengl and directx - direct x is MS's way to have a standard programming language for 3d effects in windows. opengl is an open-source way to make 3d models in windows.
ati cards are notroriously better at direct3d, while nvidia cards are better at opengl rendering.
im not sure about OSX compiling the games in a different API, but i wouldnt guess it be a good thing since recompiling it will just add another step to the redering process.
directx7 mode will toss out volumetric fog, some of the realtime lighting and as chaz said, no shaders
