Call of Duty 4 Players here!

So just wondering who else on NBR plays COD4, I own it on the 360 and am currently level 42, not on prestige...

I started a list of players in my review thread. Played with a few of the people.

 

I'm now 38 i think
I'm almost always in top 3 at the end of the round ^.^

(I play on my laptop)

 

I am Level 25, I play on the PC.

 

I'm Level 19 , I play it on my lapy and I go by my usual name Cheeseman.

 

Currently Level 47, 30 more exp to level 48...always does that to me...I just finish a game to find out i'm done for the day and have 30 more exp to go...

 

I've been playing on PC since it came out. Hit level 55 a while ago

Play under many names and lead a clan for competition. It's a great game.

I think i'm at about a 34 or something close.

 

went to my friends house the other day, after 3 days of owning the game he got to level 55.. i was like wtf.. then he tells me how he did it. i guess theres multiple 32 player "shipment 24.7 free for all" servers out there .. extremely stupid and i think a lot more people are getting to 55 to have access to everything quickly. i watched him play the server he was on and wow, about 1500 points every round and about 200 kill / 80 death rate per round.. no wonder it took 3 days

 

Fragsta is the in game name on PC. Level 34, stopped playing couple days back as I dont want to overkill the game, currently playing The Witcher and Battlefield 2 to keep things fresh.

Yea shipment is a crappy map, not even fun, stupid noobs these days will do anything for points. My fav maps are the onces set in the middle east and wetwork, I really hate overgrown and downpour.

 

I am level 37. I seriously prefer the hardcore modes where one or two hits = instant death and you can actually make use of the perks properly. For eg, on HC servers, I go with a [G3 +red dot]/[M16+silencer]+Bandolier+UAV Jammer+Deep Impact. On normal servers, the weapons are too weak unless you select Stopping Power as one of the perks. On such servers, I go with an AK+red dot + Bandolier+Stopping Power+Deep Impact.

Name's SiNisTer. Just reached level 54 on PC and loving my newly unlocked MP44...

 

the mp44 is not modern,I don't even know why they put it in the game...

I'm 1 more level away from unlocking the 50 cal...ironic how you can't shoot someone with a 50 cal sniper rifle in warfare...*sigh*...geneva convention.

 

I know... but it works pretty well against all the other modern weapons in the game so I'm not complaining. btw I found the .50 cal much easier to use than all the other sniper rifles.

 

Thats a myth, they are allowed in warfare by the US and many other countries. There are just policies about how to use them.

Geez considering I was one of the first to get the game, I have fallen behind. On level 39 now. Gears of War and Crysis distracted after playing COD for a while. Playing some unreal now too.

 

forerunner - how is ut3 online? im thinking about picking it up.. but is it just mindless shooting with no skill? how is the online community shaping up?

The shipment map method is so stupid. You can tell who those players are when you see someone at level 55 and he's in last place at the end of the round.

Personally tired of the middle eastern maps, been looking at that landscape for 3 years on CNN, had enough. Can't wait for the mods to start appearing!

 

The ingame stats charts that detail accuracy, mobility, damage, etc. are a lie: most weapons in the game actually have the same characteristics.

All the sniper rifles do the same damage, believe it or not. There's no point in using one over the other.
