    Hi all,

I understand that there is supposed to be a slight delay when vsync is applied, but in Black Ops 2 it is unbearable (online) and puts you at a huge disadvantage. I want to cap my FPS at 59 frames so the screen tearing will be gone as well as the mouse input lag. Is this at all possible? I know it can be done in CS
