I just got Call of Duty 4. When I go to the option page, under the graphics tab I seem to only have two options for Number of Dynamic Lights, Model and Water detail-low and normal. I have the Gateway P-7805u with 9800gts. Is this normal?

Upgrade my gpu driver? It says I have the latest version. Where would I go to get a newer driver?

yes its normal...btw try to turn on the option for dual video cards and set it to yes..dont ask me why but it helps with performance a little bit even if you only have one card.
