Can anyone tell me how can i disable the music during the game? In the audio options the volume disables not only the music but everything (effects, voice etc). Thanks

Found one solution that worked for me. Find the folder miles.

Steam>SteamApps>common>call of duty modern warfare 2>miles

and change the folder name miles to dismiles. I tried this and it turned all music off. You can still hear the announcer but no music whatsoever.

That seems like a pretty silly decision on the developer's part. But I guess they probably wanted a more cinematic single player gaming experience
