Hi guys, I flashed the bios of my hd3650, but now Vista doesn't work anymore: I can boot in ubuntu safe mode or stay in DOS but as soon as Windows is done loading I just get a black screen...
Could anybody be kind enough to dump his bios using gpu-z and post it here or PM me the file?
Also what are the 3d mode clocks?
I found 650/780 in the original bios. Are those normal?
-
So can anyone help me?

my default clocks are at 600mhz gpu and 500mhz mem for my mobility hd3650 ddr2 also when i try to save my bios info in gpuz it says "bios reading not supported on this device"

Mine is gddr3 so the clocks should be 600/700 right?
-
im not sure i have ddr2 but they seem about rite u can check this site for some reference speeds on the ddr3 hd3650 desktop models

Is there any soft like rivatuner but for ati cards that allows you to set the clocks for the different mode? When I use amd gpu clock tool and manually set the speed to 600/700 the card didn't crash but when I let the card act by itself it tries to put the clocks from the bios and crash....

try this one http://www.techpowerup.com/atitool/
which drivers are you using and how you did you get them installed?
this beta works with vista/64 bit http://forums.techpowerup.com/showthread.php?t=45596 -

look into a program called "amd overdrive" because i heard it automatically sets clocks at safe levels

i know notebook check is not good for benchmarks but it is right for gpu's speed's http://www.notebookcheck.net/ATI-Mobility-Radeon-HD-3650.8839.0.html

try going into windows safe mode uninstall your display drivers. Then go back in windows normally and reinstall them again.

Can you boot in safe mode?
Sounds like windows explorer isn't loading correctly.
