    Hi guys

I have an ASUS k50c with intergrated graphics, I am looking into ways of upgrading the graphics card externally through the use of Vidock 2 (external graphics card chasis) but I don't even have an express slot :( would there be a way to link the vidock 2 via an external type express slot/adapter?

After a quick google I don't think your laptop is capable with a celeron processor.

Cheapest way to add an expresscard slot is to upgrade to a cheap system which comes with one. Eg: C2D Inspiron 15.

Otherwise if you can access the mini pci-e wifi slot on your K50c then can use that to do a DIY ViDock (PE4L-PM3N or PE4H-PM3N) external desktop graphics setup. Can do a GTX460-768MB for US$300 which is the current best bang-per-buck setup.
