    Hi NBR!

I recently acquired (did not replace my old laptop) a new laptop; the Lenovo g560.

Can this machine run League of Legends on low settings fairly smoothly (framerates do not drop too much during fights with lots of color explosions and the game is steadily at or above 30fps, preferably 45-60)? It has the integrated graphics card of the i3-380m.

    Thank you very much!

Also mods: If this should be in the Lenovo section, please kindly move it; thanks!

EDIT: Has Integrated Graphics HD. Question is still open as to whether I can play or not

What is the gpu (graphic card) on that laptop? If I know what it is, I can check for you.

Edit: Just did some research, it appear the card is the 310m.

If it is the 310m, then yes you can run League of legend on Medium with good fps considering that card can run Crysis Warhead on low at 40fps and Call of Duty: Black Ops at 32 fps and call of duty modern warfare 2 at 48fps.

    So enjoy OP!

    Can You Run It?
This would help you determine. :3
So I believe you can run it on low? ;3

The gfx card is a 310m. I believe it can run it on low.

Thanks a lot! The system requirements website said that I couldn't play it before; but I don't really trust the websites as they have told me that my Asus (9800m gs) couldn't play New Vegas; even though I play it on high settings.

It's always great to have actual people confirm what the computer can play.

    Oooh LoL community..

Just read your post over again, it not the 310m, if it a mother board integrated GPU then I'm not sure. If you have any other GPU related question feel free to pm me and I will be happy to answer.

It is the Intel Integrated HD graphics. I did not realize that the g560 used different graphics cards...

You should be able to play it at low settings, but at low resolution as well, 1366 x768 might be playable. (but you may have to turn it down slightly)

Ultimately, it is a free game to download so just try it out. :)

I think my bigger fear is it being so laggy I basically can't play, forcing myself to be a leaver or be essentially worthless to the team.

Well honestly, try it. Play a Coop Vs. AI game and see how your FPS is and also try changing the settings in game. I am sure you will be able to play it @ low settings, possibly @ Native Res.

It has the little FPS counter in the top right corner for you to monitor your Frames.

I wish you would have gotten the 310m. My friend has the macbook pro and he can game LOL on high smoothly. He has a 330m in his macbook pro.

If I bought it myself, I would not have gotten something with integrated graphics (and I can't return it because it's engraved...)

Good idea, I might install and try that tonight.

It happens, Don't worry about it. I am sure you should be able to play it. Might not look amazing, but it should perform.
