I don't know of any laptops with 8400M GT that can be upgraded.

The sad part is, this being notebookreview.com, I can't tell if this is an April Fools joke thread or not.

No, it won't. It's probably as good if not worse than your 8400M GT
Yeah, that thing, which still has no release date....

It will probably never be released. I thought I read somewhere once that Asus abandoned it. But I'm not sure. I wouldn't count on ever getting one though.

There is no external card available.

Your laptop does not have a 8400m GT, it's an 8400m GS.

You can play most new-ish games on low settings and/or low resolutions, but it's not meant for gaming. You have 2 options: new Desktop or new laptop.

Yeah. Like I said. You can play more demanding games on low settings and/or low resolutions. The 8400m GS is a fairly weak card. Not meant for gaming. If you want to game at higher settings and resolutions, you need a new rig, be it laptop or desktop.

Sorry sir, but if you researched a little bit more before you bought, I'm sure you would've realized that. But you could easily return it if its new, and get a beter one. Only like 2% of laptops are upgradeable..and even then, you pay a hefty premium for that upgrade. Goodluck

I can't wait for the day when this is a non issue. Either with better integrated graphics ala AMD 780G or a CPU/GPU combo.

You should have researched more about gaming and GPU's on laptops before buying. Now you'll regret it.
P.S. System Requirements Lab is as accurate as WEI. (Which, if you didn't know, isn't accurate)
