Umm.... no. that graphics card really.... just plain sucks. you can add a stick of ram for a little boost
-
yes i guessed so. still okay at least i can play wow with no laag and thats what matters hehe
-
You did the right choice by buying a laptop with a IGP card for WOW because I know so many people that buy $2500 systems just to play WOW!
-
yeah haha i got good FPS on it with quite okay settings (far from lowest)
Actually i mostly work on my laptop but latly i go out on on resturants and stuff a lot in its cool playing wow etv while waiting for my food

Can I see some screenshots. I have a buddy who is running it on a desktop 6200GT, and he is only getting around 25FPS on medium, 1024x768. Kinda weird you would get better than him. Post some screenshots with your framerate if you can. (Ctrl+R in game to show FPS)
-
impossible ...6200 is dedicated GPU ... i have 6100 IGP and i play on high settings without issues
-
Problem is some people have so much crap running in the background and have 512MB RAM running Vista and wonder why their performance is so poor. That is probably the case with 6200 GPU notebook mentioned.
-
It's a CPU desktop. Running XP Pro, no background apps. At all high, 1024x768, he gets around 15-20FPS. If someone could just post some screens with those settings getting better framerates, I could show him, to prove we have something wrong.
The problem is, in WoW, some people consider that smooth. -

Sounds like an overheating problem or a driver issue. -
Like I said, I'm sure there's a problem, but if I could see some screenshots, then HE would know there's a problem!

hi i am not getting much better FPS then that myself about 20-25 average, depends on where i am etc

There is no 1.66GHz Celeron-M, it's either 1.60 or 1.86Ghz. Largely irrelevant, I know. -
hmm thats wierd
-
It could possiby just be your internet connection causing massive lag.
-
Not my internet connection. I don't know what his ping is, but he says it's in the low 100's. This sounds like I'm making one of those "friends" up, so no one knows it's me. I don't even own a desktop anymore...

installing Doom 3 demo now to test how many FPS i get
Can i increase my lapops performance somehow?
