You did the right choice by buying a laptop with a IGP card for WOW because I know so many people that buy $2500 systems just to play WOW!

Can I see some screenshots. I have a buddy who is running it on a desktop 6200GT, and he is only getting around 25FPS on medium, 1024x768. Kinda weird you would get better than him. Post some screenshots with your framerate if you can. (Ctrl+R in game to show FPS)

Problem is some people have so much crap running in the background and have 512MB RAM running Vista and wonder why their performance is so poor. That is probably the case with 6200 GPU notebook mentioned.

It's a CPU desktop. Running XP Pro, no background apps. At all high, 1024x768, he gets around 15-20FPS. If someone could just post some screens with those settings getting better framerates, I could show him, to prove we have something wrong.

The problem is, in WoW, some people consider that smooth.

Sounds like an overheating problem or a driver issue.

Like I said, I'm sure there's a problem, but if I could see some screenshots, then HE would know there's a problem!

    There is no 1.66GHz Celeron-M, it's either 1.60 or 1.86Ghz. Largely irrelevant, I know.

Not my internet connection. I don't know what his ping is, but he says it's in the low 100's. This sounds like I'm making one of those "friends" up, so no one knows it's me. I don't even own a desktop anymore...
