    I7 4510U 2.00 GhZ
    8SSD
    16GB RAM
    1TB HD

    Nope, can't OC ULV chips. Best you can do is Throttlestop + keep max boost clocks.

    By using... throttlestop... and forcing max boost with windows set to 100% min processor state?
