    Can i upgrade the video driver in my dell 1750?

    I got a laptop for christmas but it isn't really a gaming laptop. The only thing i do on the laptop is play games. I want to turn it into a gaming laptop. I don't think the video card is either an ATP or a Nvidia. I think the video card is attached to the motherboard, someone said the 1750's driver is smoldered to the motherboard. I don't know anything about laptops or computer and i need help.

    Ps. Currently trying to play spore but it does really weird stuff with the graphics.
