I've seen the GMA950 running wow, but it was only able to do so smooth on lowest settings... So, for best experience i strongly suggest getting Yourself at least GeForce go 7300 or mobility radeon x1300/1400... I'm sure You won't regret a single penny/cent.

I have also seen a 950 run WoW at low and it doesn't look good. A better integrated card will run it well at medium, something like an ATi xpress 200, 1100, 1150, 1250 or 1270, or a Geforce go 6100 or 6150.

For rather better results a dedicated gpu like an X1300 or Geforce go 7300 should run it with high settings quite nicely. If you want even better performance a geforce go 7400 or ATi X1400 should be able to add some Anti-aliasing and Anisotropc FIltering to that which will make it look very nice indeed.

Edit: you mention Aero so I'll presume you're looking at Vista. If that is the case I'd definitely recommend a dedicated card like ATi X1300 or Geforce go 7300 or better for WoW.
