I really only currently play World Of Warcraft, but I have been know to pick up Star Wars Knights of The Old Republic: Sith Lords and Vampire, The Masquarade: Bloodlines. Do these work with a new Mac?

WoW comes in a mac version. The other two don't. You could play them in windows under bootcamp. Performance might not be so great unless you get a mac with dedicated graphics hardware.
