    dell studio xps 16: intel® Core™ 2 Duo T9600 (6MB cache/2.8GHz/1066Mhz FSB), Genuine Windows® 7 Home Premium, 64bit, 4GB Dual Channel DDR3 SDRAM at 1067MHz (2 Dimms), 500GB 7200 RPM SATA Hard Drive, 8X Slot Load CD/DVD Burner (Dual Layer DVD+/-R Drive), ATI Mobility RADEON™ HD 4670 – 1GB, Soundblaster X-Fi Hi Def Audio - Software Enabled.
the game says this comp meets the requirements, but many people meet them and cant even play on low quality.

that depends on whether you meet the minimum requirement or the recommended requirements, either way, Radeon 4670 is actually a high end card so you should have no problem playing those games on med.

i know it meets the recommended reqirements pretty much, except for the processor, on gta 4 it says it recommends quad core. and besides, my deskop meets fallout 3s requirements by a longshot, but it lags badly on low settings. so i just wanna make sure this duo core 2.8 ghz processor will be enough

If you don't mind frame rates at 25-40fps, GTA4 will be fine. I played it with a P8600 oc'd to 2.88 and it never dropped below that. I would recommend medium settings with that GPU, but you may be able to turn some things to high

Just to correct a bit, the Radeon HD4670 is not a high end card. It is the strongest medium range card, and quite a capable GPU.

That beign said, you will be able to play both GTA4 and crysis at medium settings fine. Most probably, you can turn settings to a mix of high/medium easily.
