Can you recommend me a Vista Xbox 360 controller driver?

I tried Microsoft's Common Controller app but it won't install for some daft reason. Are there any others I should be considering? Final Fantasy VII, Tomb Raider and Fifa 07 await!

You could always go to Best Buy and pay $10 or so for a standard USB gamepad, and you don't even need to install drivers, it's all handled with the USBHID driver already included.

I think the current drivers are for XP only. I don't know if there are already Vista drivers or not. Is the controller wired or wireless?
