Can you set a clock frecuency to a mobile GPU?

Hello everyone, I was wondering if it is possible to set a frecuency while playing in my mobile GPU 1050 Ti, because I like to play with the lowest temperature possible, I have seen that playing in battery mode, my CPU and GPU stay cools, my GPU uses 734Mhz near 90-100% usage with 39ºC, while playing plugged it raises to 48ºC with 90-100% usage in 1700Mhz, mainly because the game is bad optimized (Dishonored 2), so there will be any software to modify clock frecuency?

My laptop has Nvidia Optimus
- i7 7700HQ
- 1050 Ti

You can try with Afterburner....with it open ctrl+F will be bring up the mV vs Mhz graph.....set the the lowest mV, like 800mV to the Mhz you want, like 900 or something, and all the the points to the right at that level...this way the voltage and Mhz will be locked at that level as long as the line is straight.
