Can you install the normal Geforce drivers on your laptop card like the 9600M GS or do you need special mobile drivers? I can't find any drivers for the 9600M on the nvidia website and i want to install the 177.35 cuda enabled drivers so i can run folding.

Nope, you will have to mod them, which is pretty easy actually. Either download new drivers from your laptop manufacturer's website or go to http://www.laptopvideo2go.com/ and follow the instructions
