    As it says, there is something else running that would interfere with the setup. Best thing to do is restart and try again, if that doesn't fix it, then go into safe mode and try installing, if it works then you know it's something running in the background.

    i'd do the same, if u got anything else running, try to close it. restart, etc

    Not really, safe mode just stops everything from running that isn't absolutely necessary therefore whatever was running that was conflicting with the installation was not running in safe mode. A restart would likely have sufficed though, anyways, glad I could help.

    Yeah I know. I just can't believe something as simple as Safe Mode passed by my mind.

    Gone are the days of my technological workarounds :p

    edit: btw, restart didn't worth though. I'm suspecting it could be my antivirus..
