Whenever i alt tab when playing Bioshock it will just make the game in windowed mode, and i cannot restore it. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Is it happening with different drivers too? Try switching drivers.

Also, try to tune down the resolution of your desktop to the same resolution as Bioshock. Then attempt to alt+tab and see if the windowed problem still happens. Maybe its because its switching resolutions its turn bioshock into windowed mode.
