    Cant OC 7900GS?

    How do you overclock this thing ? Its in a Dell 9400 with twrus drivers 91.XX with coolbits. But when i select the clocks, test it then apply alls good. Then press ok and exit then come back and its back at default. Its driving me nuts i tried many different drivers and no go. Please HELP !!!

    Dell has a BIOS lock for overclocking. There is a crack, so you can overclock. I hope some other member can help you further.

    There isn't really a "crack," you have to flash your BIOS each time you want to OC. You just use nvflash to flash the card. PM me if you want a detailed explanation of how to do it, I don't really want to type it all up right now

    I believe there is a boot ISO available over at notebookforums.com Just go to the Dell 17'' screen section and look for OC'd 7900 GS threads.
