A few months back, when the anniversary update arrived I updated my laptop to that version, and soon later I encountered with a strange problem: I cant change resolutions in some of my games
Devil May Cry 4 SE crash when I try to open PC Settings menu, and in the configuration file said Resolution = Unknown. Changing it and set read only to the file doesnt work
Some games hide the resolution option completely, or still shows it but only has 1366x768 - my native resolution
Other than that everything else is fine, I tried to rollback drivers but nothing changed.
Yesterday I decided to do a fresh install of windows, and things went back to normal after a few restarts, until the problem appeared again
Has anyone encountered this problem? What is causing it and any solutions? Thanks in advanced
