    Catalyst A.I??

    So Ive dne some searching and really cant find an answer to my question. From some websites A.I. off loads some of the Graphics calculations onto the GPU allowing for better optimization. But everyones had mixed answers on that, some people report better FPS some say worse. Others say it depends on the game to turn it on or not. Just wondering what you all think , please weigh in !

    You somewhat answered it yourself. In some applications and games it does have a positive effect and on some others you either see no difference or it worsens performance. I don't have the specific details as to why, but it would be beneficial for you to try and setup some different profiles for different games and see what works best for you.

    I actually made a little list of the games I play

    A.I. on: DAO, PES2010, DiRT2, CoDMW2
    A.I. off: GTA IV, Medival TW2, WoW

    but thats what works for me u should always use trial & error
