Maybe I'm doing something wrong but every time I click on 3D application settings in the Catalyst control center it crash saying CCC host application has stopped working. Its done this ever since Catalyst driver 12.8 and it's starting to annoy me because I'm unable to force settings like anti-aliasing and vsync. I've uninstalled, cleaned the registry, rebooted, and reinstalled but still no luck. I have a 7970M on Windows 64-bit.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

    Thanks

Maybe try to download 13.2 or 13.1 and just install that and let the installer remove the old driver.

At some point around 2010 or 2011, AMD improved their driver installer so you no longer need to clean the registry or use driver sweeper programs.

I'm currently using 13.2. I've updated my drivers every time they release a new one since 12.8 in hopes of a fix but nothing yet.

I fear you may have mess up the files and registry settings somehow so yeah if all else fails try a fresh windows install.
