A solution from Microsoft Online Crash Analysis was to "manually decrease Hardware Acceleration for your video adapter".

How can I do this using Catayst Control Center?

    Cheers

In my opinion we really shouldnt listen to Microsoft when it comes to fixing computer problems.

    What was your inital problem?

But if you want to listen to Microsoft, it should be in the "Settings" tab under the "advanced options" option.

I got a BSOD error message.

As I keep getting BSOD messages I decided to run the Windows Memory Diagnostic. The results were that all six tests failed. Now I am running the Memtest and currently with 72% completed, there are 560000 errors and increasing.

I'm not really experienced with computers and not sure what to do now to try and fix this, any ideas? Is it just best to contact Dell as I'm still under warrenty and if so, what would cause these errors?

    Thanks in advance.

Probably bad RAM. See what Dell says. And maybe wait for other forum members to give their opinions.

That sounds a heck of a lot like bad RAM to me. Failing MemTest? Diagnostic failed? BSODs?

    Send that bad boy back.
