Hey all, I have a year old notebook (ASUS M2N)running on a 1.4Centrino with 512MB thrown in and I would like someone, anyone, to give me some hints about what, if any, games will run reasonably well on it. I've played Call of Duty on my friends desktop and would like to know if there's something of that ilk that can be run on notebooks like mine...or any action/adventure/shoot-to-kill for that matter.

    Cheers,

    G.xx

You're going to be best of with RTS games like Rise of Nations. Most games have free trials though. You might download UT2004 and see how it goes on low settings. I bet you'll be able to play it like that.

a 1.4 Centrino is not that bad, I would be more concerned with your video card, that will more than likely limit what type of games you can play.
