    Hey everyone.

I have the HP Pavilion DV4 notebook with the 9200M GS videocard.
The card itself has 256 mb dedicated memory size but shares an additional 1278 mb from the main system ram.

How can I disable the shared ram option and have the graphics card just run on it own 256mb?

PS my only graphics needs are watching videoclips on youtube and uploading and viewing photos taken from my digital camera. I dont use photoshop or game on this notebook.

The memory is allocated dynamically when needed. You don't need to do a thing.
