I recently purchased the MSI GS70 Pro w/ GTX 870M, and a problem I've encountered is that in some games (FPS games are the best example), although the framerate is up to par and the games run essentially lag-free, the camera is very choppy when I turn the screen to look around in the game. Moving the camera diagonally, it moves in a jagged (zig-zag) path rather than smoothly.
Some games in which this happens are Bioshock 1, Bioshock Infinite, Battlefield 3 (although there's no issue with Battlefield 4).
I'm using the same mouse that I used with my MSI GT60, and I did not have this issue with the GT60. I've scoured the interwebs for a solution but can't find a concrete one. Please help

It's not caused by the throttling issue:
Firstly, I've applied the following modification using Nvidia Inspector to cap GPU temp at 90 degrees, which is below the 93 degrees throttling temp: https://forum-en.msi.com/index.php?topic=182568.msg1311345.
Secondly, I've put together a cooling modification consisting of several fans that bring the GPU temperature down significantly below the throttling temperatures ( http://forum.notebookreview.com/msi/760098-msi-gs70-stealth-pro-2pe-024-mod-2.html)
Thirdly, the choppy camera issue is occurring while the games are running at a smooth, high framerate, and while temperatures range from 60-75 degrees, which is far below the throttling temperatures of 90-93 degrees (mostly thanks to the cooling mod).
In fact, several more demanding games bring the GPU to a higher temperature (mid 80s) and yet I don't experience a choppy camera with those games. -
And what about CPU temps?

Anybody ever thought it could be screen tearing? Most FPS games are gonna run way above his 60Hz on a 870M.
