After getting Oblivion to work with about 30-40 FPS in the dungeon on my XPS M1210, I realize that I can't even play without having the screen constantly flicker back showing applications in the background or lines of random colors.

I have v-synced and triple buffering enabled, and it is only worse when I turn them off. Any suggestions on how to fix the graphics from skipping? My FPS is fine, it's just the graphics keep chopping up in little ways that makes the game no fun.

    Thanks!!

What driver version are you running? And what OS is this on

BTW do you have 1GB or 2GB of RAM?
