Has anyone tried to benchmark Civ V?

I found this here: Test Your Rig's Civ 5 Performance - Built in Benchmarking! - Civilization Fanatics' Forums

I run it with:
-benchmark units -duration 60

The benchmark starts, but then it just sits there. It never terminates. The -duration indicated it was in seconds. I've tried different values to no avail.

Anyone every use this and get it to work?
