alright, my roommate bought civilization 4 from direct2drive.com last week when it was on sale for 5 bucks, but he can't seem to get past the initial setup screen. i've tried running the setup.exe file in compatibility mode and as an administrator. any ideas what i could do to get it working for him? he's using windows vista x64. keep in mind that it installs perfectly on windows 7 x64 RC. (tested it on my computer)
