    Co-Op Games? no MMOs

    What are some of your favorite co-op games? I'm thinking more LAN-ish and smaller than massive multiplayer. MMOs are usually just too big and not fast paced enough for me, and I rarely have the time to invest in them.

    I still get jollies off of Diablo II. Just waiting for Diablo III...

    Loved co-op Halo I-III.

    Going to get Left4Dead...but that's all anyone ever mentions to me.

    Anything else? Specifically looking for RPGs, though shooters are great too.

    Call of Duty: World at War, has pretty good co-op through the campaign, as well as the Nazi Zombie mode which is a lot of fun.

    Other than Halo and L4D that you mentioned, I liked Gears of War for co-op.

    Are all ones I play Coop currently on the PC.

    On the Xbox360 I LOVED playing Perfect Dark CooP, it was a launch game with the console I believe, but it was fantastic for COOP because it worked so well.

    You should have picked it up from Steam for $25 a few weeks ago. Campaign is a bit short but a total blast. Best WW2 action I have played.

    CoD-WaW is a great game expecially the co-op aspect of it, a mate and i lan co-op'ed the game from start to finish..great fun....we both just ordered UT III ill let you know how we like it once it arrives.
