So i installed call of duty 4 and try to run it, but it makes my comp go to a blue screen and says that there's a problem with my video card/vid card driver. i have 169.09 for 8800GTS, btw. Can anyone solve my problem?

    Thanks in advance
EDIT: This does this with all my current games. I'm wondering if it's something with the drivers.

Probably is. Have you tried another driver? The 8800m GTS wasn't out when the 169.09 driver was released. Try a newer 169.xx driver or 174.xx driver. OR stick with the one from your manufacturer.

Which drivers are you using? I can't seem to fix my problem, my FX just auto shuts off randomly while playing COD4...i'm not sure if it's cause it's overheating.....or driver problem...or maybe even driver failure. I've upgraded to 176.26 from Laptop 2 GO, but no difference at all. -Thanks
