    Cod WAW wont start anymore?

    Ok I had Call of duty waw working fine before on my laptop vista. Then a while ago I stopped playing it and then I formated my computer and reinstalled vista a few weeks ago

    I reinstalled l4d, tf2, bf2, css and they work fine

    I installed cod waw today and after i installed it i crashes evrytime i start it up

    It says cod waw has stopped working or some crap

    pls help

    wrong cd-key? ( crashes multiplayer mode of the game sometimes ) or maybe it's something with you DirectX? have you installed the NEWEST DirectX after the format?

    Might want to try a different set of drivers for the GPU as well.

    Just try uninstalling and reinstalling again first. Make sure you download the latest patch for the game too.

    Try plugging headsets into your mic jack. Had a weird issue like this with COD4. Sound driver issues that I couldn't fix. For some reason this worked (although you lose the ability to use headsets for sound).
